Description
I really like designing own characters, and obviously my influence in anime. Original drawing with pencil and paper, scanned and rendered in photoshop 7. Time...mm, a course of a week? ^^;; I don't know exactly...BG is simple, but they are still not my thing...^^;;
Comment welcome. ^___^
Please look at full size version, looks much better than small one.
Thanks!

Her mouth is a bit small, but I know a lot of shoujo anime styles do that a lot, I dont think its the size that was Kalathis's problem I think it was its placement. Try mirroring the image and I think you'll see that the face all slants to (our) left, bringing the mouth to far out.
To point out the things I really liked, the coloring is nice and I like the line-less colors. The BG fits the image just fine even if it is simple as well.

Very interesting character design BTW
just a tip: if your drawing a whole body, draw them completely or dont crop them partly

what i mean is that the original linework (penc/quote]n
what i mean is that the original linework (pencil or ink) is very fine (or small) that it seems that there arent any. kind of like how disney animations match the line work with the color of the skin and clothes so it disappears
